Classification of Mica Insulators
Mica insulators are categorized into five main series based on their structural features:
- A Series – Both ends feature metal inserts in the form of studs.
- B Series – Both ends have metal inserts with threaded holes.
- C Series – One end has a stud, while the other has a threaded hole.
- D Series – A single metal insert in the form of a stud at one end.
- S Series – Helical-shaped design with threaded hole inserts at both ends.
Custom Non-Standard Solutions
In addition to standard models, we offer customized mica insulator solutions tailored to specific application needs. Our engineering team can design and manufacture non-standard insulators with customized:
- Shapes and Dimensions – Adapting to unique installation requirements.
- Metal Insert Configurations – Studs, threaded holes, or other specialized fittings.
