Many customers often ask us: how should I order insulators?

Next, we will fully introduce the whole process of ordering insulators.

First of all, you need to specify the type of insulator you want to order. If the insulator you ordered is standard, our company has stock and can arrange delivery at sight. If you need customized insulators, we will provide you with CAD drawings for confirmation. After drawing confirmation, we’re going to make a mold, which will take about 30 days. After mold finished, samples will be send to you for your confirmation. After confirming the sample, the insulator will be produced, the production of insulators will take 7 to 15 days. After production finished, we will arrange the delivery immediately and notify you as soon as possible. (Here is a flowchart for your reference)
