1. Product Introduction
High-Temperature Mica Insulation Sleeves are made from high-quality mica flakes, white mica paper, or gold mica paper, combined with appropriate adhesives (or mica paper bonded to single-sided reinforcement materials). These are processed into rigid tubular insulation materials through bonding and rolling. They offer excellent electrical insulation properties and high mechanical strength, making them suitable for insulating electrode rods or outlet sleeves in various electrical appliances, motors, and electrical furnaces.
2. Product Features
High-Temperature Mica Insulation Sleeves are available in white high-temperature mica and gold high-temperature mica, with temperature resistance ranging from 850°C to 1000°C. Our high-temperature mica insulation sleeves are available in lengths ranging from 10 to 1000 mm and inner diameters from 8 to 300 mm. They are produced with stable quality and can be customized according to user-provided drawings for special specifications (e.g., slotting, bonding, etc.).
Special specifications for high-temperature mica insulation sleeves can be processed according to samples or drawings.
