2. Product Characteristics
The modified diphenyl ether laminated glass cloth tube exhibits high mechanical and dielectric performance at a temperature of 180°C.

3. Product Specifications

  • Nominal Inner Diameter: 6.0 ~ 500 mm
  • Nominal Wall Thickness: 1.0 ~ 30 mm
  • Nominal Length: 450 ~ 1600 mm

4. Technical Requirements

  1. Appearance: The surface should be smooth, with no delamination or bubbles. Minor wrinkles and processing marks that do not exceed the wall thickness tolerance are allowed. Minor wrinkles on the inner wall are acceptable, and the end faces should be cut cleanly.

  2. Dimensions: The nominal inner diameter, minimum wall thickness, and tolerances should conform to the specifications in Table 1.

  3. Warping: Should conform to the specifications in Table 2.

  4. Machining: After machining (including turning coarse thread), the tube should not exhibit delamination or flaking.

  5. Physical, Mechanical, and Dielectric Properties: Should meet the requirements specified in Table 3.
