Soft Mica Board
Soft mica board is an insulating material in the form of a board, made by bonding mica sheets with adhesive or by bonding mica sheets to single or double-sided reinforcing materials, then baking and pressing. It is suitable for motor slot insulation and inter-turn insulation.

Soft mica board is an insulating material in the form of a board, made by bonding mica sheets with adhesive or by bonding mica sheets to single or double-sided reinforcing materials, then baking and pressing. It is suitable for motor slot insulation and inter-turn insulation.
The soft mica board's dimensions should be no smaller than 400×600mm². For sizes smaller than this, they are produced according to an agreement between the supplier and the buyer.
2. Characteristics of Soft Mica Board
The soft mica board should have neat edges, and the adhesive should be evenly distributed. There should be no foreign impurities, delamination, or gaps between the mica sheets. Under normal conditions, the board should remain flexible, and its storage period is 3 months.
