APPLICATIONS
It is especially suitable for environments that require abrasion and high temperature resistance. DWNAR is made of polyvinylidene fluoride and has particularly outstanding performance on friction properties. It is often designed for high temperature and chemical resistant environments and for the covering of automotive control wires.

150-degree PVDF high-temperature heat shrinkable tube is made of radiation cross-linked modified fluoroplastics. It has the characteristics of transparency, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardant and other properties. Protect cables or covered components from mechanical damage or chemical corrosion. It is widely used to protect wires, solder joints, insulated terminals, connection points or components, etc. The bright appearance facilitates marking and inspection. 150 degree PVDF heat shrinkable tube feels relatively soft, long-term working temperature: -55℃ to +150℃, minimum shrinkage temperature 150℃.
175-degree PVDF high-temperature heat shrinkable tube is made of radiation cross-linked special fluoropolymer PVDF. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and solvent resistance. It is a strong, semi-hard, thin-walled heat shrinkable tube, especially suitable for applications where High temperature resistance and wear resistance are required for environments with high mechanical performance requirements, such as insulation protection of components at cable connections such as aerospace, radar, and locomotives. It is used for insulation protection and stress relief at joints and identification of covered components. It can also be used for the protection of cable identification. 175 degree PVDF heat shrinkable tube is semi-hard type, long-term working temperature: -55℃ to +175℃, minimum shrinkage temperature 155℃to +175℃.
