Product Overview:
FCGW-20KV series dry composite wall bushing is a new type of wall bushing. Its main insulation adopts oil-free new insulation material. It has no leakage and good sealing performance. It can be installed horizontally and vertically. It is clean and easy to maintain; The outer insulation is made of high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, which has excellent anti-fouling performance, aging performance and explosion-proof performance. In line with the development trend of high performance, oil-free and miniaturization in the power sector, it is a new generation of high-voltage products that meet the requirements of urban and rural power grid transformation.
This product is suitable for use in 12KV and 20KV high-voltage composite dry wall bushings in moderately polluted and above areas, the altitude does not exceed 1000m (please choose the plateau type if it exceeds 1000m), and the ambient temperature is -40℃~+40℃. The product performance fully complies with IEC60137: 2000 "Insulating Bushings with AC Voltage Higher than 1000V" and GB/T4109-1999 "Technical Conditions for High Voltage Bushings" standards.
Use environmental conditions
1.The ambient temperature of indoor casing shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -40℃
The altitude does not exceed 1000m
The monthly average relative humidity is not greater than 90%
The surrounding air should be free from obvious contamination such as corrosive or flammable gases and water vapor.

Structural characteristics:
1. The high-voltage composite dry wall bushing is mainly composed of terminal blocks, outdoor sheds, flange sleeves, indoor sheds, electric cores and other components. The flange sleeves are tightly connected to the capacitor cores.
2. The main insulation of the bushing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, epoxy and other materials, which has good electrical and mechanical properties. The material is wound around the semiconductor layer to form a cylindrical capacitor.
3. Small size and light weight, about 1/5~1/9 of porcelain insulators of the same voltage level, easy to transport and install.
4. Composite insulators have high mechanical strength, reliable structure, stable performance, and large safe operation margin, providing guarantee for lines and safe operation.
5. Composite insulators have superior electrical properties. The silicone rubber umbrella has good hydrophobicity and migration properties, good pollution resistance, and strong anti-pollution flashover ability. It can operate safely in heavily polluted areas and does not require manual cleaning, so it can be exempted from testing. Zero value maintenance.
6. Composite insulators have the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, heat aging resistance and electricity resistance. They have good sealing performance and can ensure that the internal insulation is protected from moisture.
7. Composite insulators have good brittle resistance and strong earthquake resistance, and will not cause brittle fracture accidents.
8. Composite insulators are replaceable and can be used interchangeably with porcelain and other insulators.
Installation instructions
1. Unpack the product and check the product appearance and certificate of conformity and other documents.
2. Conduct electrical test acceptance according to the requirements of the power department.
3. Lift the casing from the flange and align it to the wall mounting hole, slowly put it in, and use fastening screws to align the flange with the wall mounting hole and tighten.
4. When adjusting the terminal block, the bolts at the terminal block should be loosened and then adjusted. After adjustment, the bolts should be tightened, otherwise local heating will occur during operation.
