APPLICATIONS
It is made of polyolefin and hot melt adhesive. Compared with DWTM products, DWSM has a thicker wall thickness for better outer protection. With excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance, it is suitable for the insulation protection of cables and terminals and is widely used in communications, power cables and chemical pipelines.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE
- Continuous operating temperature: -55℃ ~ 110℃
- Minimum shrink temperature: 80℃
- Full recovery temperature: Above 120˚C

Adhesive thick-walled heat shrink tubing is composed of double layers of polyolefin material and hot melt adhesive. The outer layer of polyolefin has the characteristics of wear resistance, anti-corrosion, and good insulation. The inner layer of hot melt adhesive has the advantages of sealing, waterproofing, moisture-proof and impact resistance. The two together have the dual effects of insulation and sealing. It is mainly used for insulation protection of intermediate and terminal joints of low-voltage cables, insulation protection of various busbars, and anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, waterproof, wear-resistant and other properties of various pipelines. It has excellent insulation, sealing protection, impact resistance and wear resistance, provides sealing, fixation and protection for electronic and communication connections, and has excellent mechanical protection properties for cable connections and terminals. Its thicker wall thickness has excellent wear resistance, which can well protect cables or pipes and extend its service life. The shrinkage ratio of 3:1 is more convenient for irregular special-shaped parts and large-sized connections.
